We Are Hiring in All Areas!
So, you want to work for Roundhouse? We’re excited to meet you!
Before filling out an application, please read over the descriptions of areas in which you might find yourself as a member of the Choo Choo Crew:
TAPROOM – Manager: Suli
The Taproom is the heart of the brewery, pure and simple. Crew members in the taproom are expected to know their stuff (or be willing to learn!) when it comes to craft beer. We are looking for servers who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and are independent problem-solvers. All Roundhouse crew members are expected to know something about our products – Taproom servers are expected to be able to engage with and make recommendations to guests to help maximize their satisfaction with their beer and their taproom experience! We’re proud of our product, and our amazing Taproom staff make the in-house tap experience just that much better than buying a can from the store.

Coaches work closely with guests in an active and fast-paced setting and must be able to balance the responsibility of guest safety with maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere. Coaches are also expected to assist with upkeep of equipment and learn how to use our online booking system to manage reservations.
