TAPROOM – Manager:

The Taproom is the heart of the brewery, pure and simple. Crew members in the taproom are expected to know their stuff (or be willing to learn!) when it comes to craft beer. We are looking for servers who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and are independent problem-solvers. All Roundhouse crew members are expected to know something about our products – Taproom servers are expected to be able to engage with and make recommendations to guests to help maximize their satisfaction with their beer and their taproom experience! We’re proud of our product, and our amazing Taproom staff make the in-house tap experience just that much better than buying a can from the store.
