We are always on the lookout for “gandy dancers!” (That’s railroad talk for awesome employees.) All interested folks are invited to fill out our Brewery-wide application.

TAPROOM – Manager: Ashli (ashli@roundhousebrew.com)
The Taproom is the heart of the brewery, pure and simple. Crew members in the taproom are expected to know their stuff (or be willing to learn!) when it comes to craft beer. We are looking for servers who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and are independent problem-solvers. All Roundhouse crew members are expected to know something about our products – Taproom servers are expected to be able to engage with and make recommendations to guests to help maximize their satisfaction with their beer and their taproom experience! We’re proud of our product, and our amazing Taproom staff make the in-house tap experience just that much better than buying a can from the store.
Great Taproom candidates are:

The Dining Car is here!
Think “indoor food truck” . . . can you picture it?
We need a crew to manage the ordering, preparation, and serving of food, in addition to all of the customer service and cleaning elements associated with an excellent dining experience. We are specifically looking for “beanery queens!” To the experienced kitchen staff who may not have worked on the railroad, that means a combination of expo, busser, and counter-service cashier. Specifically, we need people who like talking about food, beer, and how to pair it all together in a customer-centric experience; keep tickets organized; and deliver food quickly and personably in a busy setting.
Great Dining Car candidates are:
Quick learners and quick on their feet/physically fit, organized, cooperative, flexible, good critical thinkers, conversationalists, preferably experienced with cash/Square

EVENT CENTER – Manager: Ashli (ashli@roundhousebrew.com)
We are excited to announce our new Union Station Event Center! We anticipate a busy season and beyond, and need crew members who can roll with the punches and follow detailed instructions to customize our patron’s experiences. We need good people both behind the scenes (set up & break down) and front-and-center (servers, leaders, point-people) to pull off a great event.
Great Event Center candidates are:
Detail-oriented, physically active and able to lift at least 50 lbs, problem-solvers

WRECK ROOM (wreckroom@roundhousebrew.com)
In the Wreck Room, we throw axes. We also serve beer! Wreck Room Coaches are activity facilitators, first and foremost, and our top priority is safety. Next priority? Fun, of course! No previous axe experience is necessary to work in the Wreck Room, however, some coaching or teaching experience is helpful, and a working knowledge of craft beer is preferred. Coaches work closely with guests in an active and fast-paced setting and must be able to balance the responsibility of guest safety with maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere. Coaches are also expected to assist with upkeep of equipment and learn how to use our online booking system to manage reservations.
Great Wreck Room candidates are:
Confident, fun, able to work effectively under pressure, safety-oriented, willing to work with power tools, computer-proficient
