Last Friday we had our second beer tasting at Roundhouse. Chuck turned out four more beers in our not-so-secret test brewery located in Mark’s garage. Thanks to everyone who attended; we value your feedback. I would especially like to thank general manager Nick Miller, and executive chef Matt Annand of 3 Cheers LLC. They provided the event with some delicious food. If you are in the Brainerd Lakes area be sure to check out any one of their excellent restaurants: Sherwood Forest Lodge, Prairie Bay, and Lost Lake Lodge.
Also in attendance was Pat Sundberg, founder of Jack Pine Brewery. Pat opened the first craft brewery in the Brainerd Lakes area and is a wealth of information. Before heading to Prairie Bay for dinner, why don’t you stop by Jack Pine and have a pint or two? You will thank me later.
